Nuvio Displays VoIP System Enhancements
Nuvio Corp. (Booths 907-909) is showing agents and resellers its enhanced Web portal, and VoIP product and plan structures at The Channel Partners Conference & Expo. The company released an updated version of its VoIP platform in July and announced newly branded product names and plan structures in August. The Channel Partners show is the first public display of the enhancements.
Nuvios VoIP carrier products include Voice residential and bVoice home-based business services, as well as nPBX (formerly NuvioCentrex), a hosted IP PBX VoIP service targeted at small and medium business customers.
Customers can control and manage the VoIP service through a simple Web portal. Enhancements installed in the new system include a faster, more robust Web interface and nPBX customers will enjoy new features such as virtual extensions, virtual and group voice mailboxes, and complete call controls that allow the flexibility to route incoming calls anywhere.
Nuvio as a company is constantly evolving in tune with the VoIP industry and technology in general, says Jason Talley, president and CEO of Nuvio. While developing its latest system enhancements, Nuvio looked to its customers and resellers for direction. We released our next-generation system in July, in response to the requests and suggestions of our customers and partners. We also re-branded our product names and changed the structure of our monthly service plans to allow customers more flexibility and even better pricing.
