He has worked in senior positions at VeriSign, Web.com, Parallels, and Acronis helping partners safely maximize their opportunity in the cloud. As an expert in sales and business development Gregory takes great pride in working closely with his partners to ensure the right GTM plan and execution to deliver high quality managed security services to their end customers.
Peter Giardino, Senior Director of Cloud Sales at Acronis
With over 15 years of experience in selling to service providers, Peter brings a strong expertise in hosting, virtualization and cloud to the Acronis team. In his role, Peter will be responsible for selling Acronis Data Cloud and will work with current partners to address customer challenges. Prior to joining Acronis, Peter worked at DivvyCloud and Parallels, Inc. where he was a Senior Director, Strategic Accounts, leading business development and sales efforts with their largest service provider partners. While at Parallels, Peter grew the business more than 350%. Peter has also held sales and business development roles at Thales e-Security, Iron Mountain Digital and register.com which is now part of Web.com.
Peter has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College (Albany, NY) where he was also captain of the ice hockey team.
